RETURN POLICY

General Terms:
Returns are accepted for physical goods (original canvas paintings) purchased from artist Tatyana Bragina (legal name: Tatyana Sergeevna Prus) via the website https://bragina-art.com.
The same rules apply to international buyers; however, return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
For international returns, the buyer covers return shipping costs and any customs duties or import taxes charged on the returned package. I will provide the return address and required customs documentation (commercial invoice, declaration) once the return is confirmed.

RETURNS OF ITEMS IN GOOD CONDITION (NON-DEFECTIVE):

The buyer is entitled to return a non-defective painting:

At any time prior to delivery (i.e., before the buyer receives the package). In this case, a full refund will be issued.

Within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the painting, provided that the item has not been used, and its original condition, packaging, labels, and consumer properties remain intact.

WHAT IS REFUNDED:

Cost of the painting – in full.
Original shipping cost to the buyer – non-refundable.
Return shipping cost – at the buyer’s expense.

Refund processing time – within 10 business days via the original payment method.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS:

A full refund (including shipping costs) is provided if the painting is damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match the description on the Website.

Damage to the canvas, frame, or stretcher bars during transit.
Slight color variations on the buyer’s screen (as monitors display colors differently).
Image defects (e.g., unpainted areas, paint flaking or peeling).
Natural brushstroke texture and canvas grain, which are inherent characteristics of handmade artwork.
Mismatch in dimensions or the depicted image.

Claim period: 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.

WHAT TO DO:

Take photos of the damage (if visible upon unboxing).

Please include the photos, your order number, and the date of receipt.
I will respond within 24 hours.

Resolution options:

Full refund.
Replacement of the painting (at my expense).
Partial refund in case of minor damage.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

Contact me via email or messenger. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and photos (if applicable).

I will respond within 24 hours to confirm and authorize the return.

Pack the painting securely in its original packaging (or a rigid box with bubble wrap).

Ship to the return address: Please message me on WhatsApp (+79991754501), and I will provide the exact address and recommend a convenient drop-off location.

Upon receipt and inspection of the painting, the refund will be issued via the original payment method (within 10 business days to your card).

Recommendation: I highly recommend shipping with a declared value and insurance (e.g., via CDEK or your local courier equivalent).

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED:

The painting shows signs of use, stains, or damage caused by the buyer.
The original packaging is lost or significantly damaged.
The 7-day return period has expired (for non-defective items).
The painting was custom-made to order (based on a specific sketch, photo, or special requirements).
The painting was purchased by a legal entity or sole proprietor for commercial purposes.
